We always try to organise a direct meeting with a property owner at an early stage. Being confident in our knowledge of the local specifics, we will take care of the organising and course of negotiation. If necessary, we can also offer assistance in attracting bank financing.

Supervising of a purchase deal process

We take on the full range of tasks and services — technical, legal and financial analysis of the property, drafting the purchase agreements and managing communication during the process of approval. We will also coordinate execution of all the terms up to the point when the property is successfully transferred to a new owner.

Services offered after the sale is concluded

We assist in building the necessary relationship infrastructure and networks for further work with the property: selection of suppliers for administrative supervision and property management, as well as, if necessary, builders, architects, experts in finance and insurance, legal counsel and other specialists a new owner might need. We will also help with acquiring a Latvian residence permit.
